The default shipping option for all orders being shipped within Canada is ground transportation. Please note that some provinces do not have a ground shipping option due to it's location.

Northwest Territory, Nunavut & Yukon Territory Orders:
Please call 1-877-777-5418 to place an order shipping to the Northwest Territory, Nunavut or Yukon Territory. A shipment quote will be obtained for your approval before your order is processed.

United States Orders:

International Orders:

We offer an International Economy and/or International Priority shipping option depending on location. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

How do you calculate estimated delivery dates?

Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. When calculating delivery dates we do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered by that date. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to proceed with your order.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for the Mattress & Box Spring**, which has separate shipping costs.

Please note that all prices listed on this site are listed in Canadian Dollars.

* Mattress & Box Spring: There is a flat rate of $395.00 for white-glove in-home delivery of the Westin Heavenly Bed to most locations in Canada. Remote areas will require an additional fee and will vary based on delivery destination.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to most International destinations.

How are shipping costs calculated?

When shipping to a destination outside of the continental United States delivery rates are calculated based on the actual shipping address and will vary. You will be presented with expedited and economy delivery options and will be contacted if additional shipping costs will be charged for remote locations.

What is the difference between your global sites?

Westin Store has regional websites in the United States, Canada and Europe (also serving the Middle East) to better serve our guests. The global sites are separate sites and are presented in several language options. Product selections and sizes will also vary on the global sites.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery. Please note that all prices listed on this site are in Canadian dollars.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser. For your protection, credit card information used to make your purchase is not retained in our system. Please contact us with this information if a credit is due to your account.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Beds, pillows and opened bedding are not accepted for returns or exchange. Used or laundered bedding is not returnable.
